Golfera Mortadella is crafted from Italian pork shoulder, and the lardo (fat pieces mixed into the paste) comes from the pig’s neck. The traditional style–mortadella con pistachio (with pistachios), contains Sicilian pistachios. The fragrance is intense and slightly aromatic; its flavor is delicate, full-bodied, and well-balanced.
